Bethany “Chasteen”, CEO
Chasteen, a globally represented American fashion model, registered nurse, and actress, has achieved remarkable success in her multifaceted career. Securing a five-year contract with Dark and Lovely catapulted her into the realm of top-tier bookings, including renowned brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, L’Oreal, KITH, Adidas, Maybelline, Marc Jacobs, Victoria’s Secret, Giambattista Valli Paris, Zara and Covergirl. Her recent editorial features in Vogue, Essence, Cosmopolitan, and Marie Claire have further solidified her status as a sought-after model.
In addition to her accomplishments in the fashion industry, Chasteen has also ventured into the world of acting, leaving her mark with notable appearances in Law and Order SVU and various other roles. Notably, she graced the stage as a trophy presenter at the 2019 VMAs, showcasing her versatility and stage presence.
Despite her thriving careers in fashion and film, Chasteen remains dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Through her struggles of finding confidence in following her ambitions due to having a large scar on her abdomen from a splenectomy and other various complications brought on by Sickle cell anemia, Love Flaws INC. was born. Chasteen seeks to heighten awareness towards Sickle Cell, as well as encouraging others living with scars, internal and external, to find the courage to live unashamed and overcome life’s obstacles.
Marsha Sealy, Director
CEO of SAEDINTRA & SAEDINTRA Foundation
Ms. Sealy obtained her MBA in Finance and International Business from Quinnipiac University. She received another MBA in Accounting from University of Phoenix and an Executive Certificate in Audit from Florida Atlantic University. She facilitated CPE courses for the Institute of Internal Auditors and worked in the Audit, Fraud, Compliance, and IT sectors for over 30 years. Currently an active member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Controls Association) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She is currently a candidate for her JD at Northwestern University of California.
Jasmine Holmes, Secretary
Jasmine Holmes, MAcc, CISA, CIA, is an Internal Audit professional in PwC's Consulting Solutions Practice- Cyber, Risk, and Regulatory practice service various Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 clients primarily with financial services and technology clients. Jasmine is a proud double alumna of the University of Miami School of Business Administration, holding a Master of Accounting degree and Bachelor of Business Administration. This Florida girl is now a proud Texan, where she has served the Dallas Fort-Worth community through the Junior League of Collin County. She is dedicated to providing excellent client service, high quality, and enthusiasm to solve problems. Finally, she is a wine enthusiast and visual artist who loves family, enjoys travel, and has great joy bowling, exploring, and serving.
